medjio is looking for product geeks to join our product team and provide our users the best experience possible. The right candidate would:

Designer (User Experience)

medjio is looking for rockstar designers with a keen design sense to join our team. The right candidate would

  1. Have a knack for building beautiful and simple interfaces for complex workflows.
  2. Collaborate easily with Product managers as well as tech teams, while enabling the product meet a high design benchmark.
  3. Have experience with designing for web as well as mobile platforms.
  4. Pay attention to details others would have missed and have great communication skills.

medjio is looking for hiring execution oriented Pharmacist for Rx validation, vendor processing and drug data analyst roles.

  1. Reading of medical prescriptions and validation of orders placed on medjio platform.
  2. Ability to understand and apply pharma terminologies and validation of submitted prescriptions.
  3. Checking medical prescriptions for 100% compliance with existing laws.
  4. Providing advice on the type and dosage of medicines to customers.
  5. Ensuring medicines are stored appropriately and securely at vendor locations.
  6. Experience - Minimum 6 months of experience from Retail pharmacist or Hospital Pharmacist.
  7. Qualification Required - D. Pharm / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Customer Development Executive

medjio is hiring confident, articulate Customer Development Executive who believing in connecting and making a difference in lives of our customer.

  1. Receive inbound calls of customers and place orders as per customer request.
  2. Outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in medical prescriptions orders if any.
  3. Provide general information of status of customer's order.
  4. Handling of customer enquiries on email, social media channels and Whatsapp.
  5. Experience - Degree from reputed college with 1 year prior experience in Customer Service.
